摘要

如今,制造企业应该具备对产品种类、组合和数量的变化做出快速反应的能力,同时最大限度地降低物料搬运成本。为了实现这一目标,企业必须通过调整设施布局来调整生产系统以适应新的环境。在某些情况下,物料搬运成本和车间利用率都是设施布局问题的关键因素。本文提出了一种自适应遗传算法(AGA)来优化上述两个目标。针对多目标模型,给出了缸体生产线的设施布置方案。结果表明,该算法是有效的、准确的。
