摘要

基于经典减振理论,设计了固定式矢量传感器的单级和双级隔振系统。同时,在COMSOL有限元软件中建立相应的模型,对矢量传感器应用平台的减振性能进行仿真分析。最后,通过减振实验对矢量传感器在不同连接状态下的输出信号进行了对比分析。结果表明,利用有限元软件可以预测矢量传感器隔振系统的传输特性,并提出合理的改进方向。
