摘要

提出了一种基于个体属性不同的动态分层教学方法。该方法利用学生在智力、知识、态度三个属性上的多样性,对其赋予不同的权重,最后通过加权平均得到一个综合属性值,并根据综合属性值将学生个体划分到不同的层次,并随着教学过程动态调整学生的层次。这样既保证了不同层次学生个体对基础知识单元的掌握,又保证了高水平学生个体对知识单元深入学习的要求,同时达到因材施教的目的,提高教学水平和质量,为学生的深入学习提供科学的指导依据。
