Coal logistics occupies an important position in the circulation domain of China. The construction of Virtual Trade Platform (VTP) for coal enterprises can share resources, accelerate the circulation speed of resources, reduce business costs, and improve business efficiency. By analyzing the characteristics of the coal logistics enterprises and traditional models, the authors in this paper proposed a model of VTP based on Design Pattern. In VTP, E-cert technologies were introduced to solve the problem of user authentication. In addition, a multiple attribute matching algorithm based on similology and real-time video conference technologies were also investigated to support VTP. 摘要

煤炭是重要的基础资源。煤炭物流在中国流通领域占有重要地位。构建煤炭企业虚拟贸易平台可以实现资源共享,加快资源流通速度,降低企业成本,提高企业效率。通过分析煤炭物流企业的特点和传统模式,提出了一种基于设计模式的VTP模式。VTP引入电子证书技术,以解决用户认证的问题。此外,还研究了一种基于相似度和实时视频会议技术的多属性匹配算法。结果表明,VTP在山西煤炭运销集团有限公司的应用达到了满意的水平。
