Pain in cancer patients seriously impacts physical, mental, and emotional health and quality of life. Therefore, pain management is needed as an essential part of cancer treatment. One of the of non -pharmacological pain management is acupressure technique. Objective: To describe nonpharmacological pain management, namely acupressure in cancer patients. Chief Complaint: A subject in the case study was a cervical cancer patient, Mrs. SN, 42 years old, with pain since being diagnosed with cancer, and its intensity increased when undergoing radiation therapy. Acupressure intervention in this study was conducted for seven days and carried out by the researcher, who already had an acupressure competency certificate. Results: This case study indicated the patient had a decrease in pain scale after acupressure intervention for 7 days, from a scale of 7 (severe pain) to 3 (mild pain).
