摘要

运用系统思想对装备管理信息系统建设进行综合评价,客观反映装备管理信息系统的实施效果,为系统决策提供科学依据。首先,建立了军事装备管理信息系统的指标体系。在此基础上,结合熵权法和层次分析法对设备管理信息系统进行评价,最终得出设备管理信息系统的综合水平。结果表明,基于熵权法和AHP模型的装备管理信息系统评价可以有效地检验某类部队装备管理信息系统的能力,为进一步决策提供指导和参考。
