This dataset is publicly available as shapefiles or geodatabase files.1 In Figure 6.1, we show the ontology of the GADM dataset. The GADM ontology is an INSPIRE-compliant ontology because it conforms to the INSPIRE require ments and recommendations.2 The main class is gadmo:AdministrativeUnit.
