Synthesis of the anisotropic impedance cylinder on the given polarization of the scattered field independent on the angle of incidence and polarization of incidence field

Solution of the inverse scattering problem of an elliptically polarized plane wave on an anisotropic impedance cylinder at low frequencies was obtained. The parameters of uniform surface impedance tensor of the cylinder providing a given polarization of the scattered field, identical for all the observation angles of the field, the azimuth angle of incidence, the contour of the normal section of the cylinder and the polarization of the incident wave, except one fixed polarization, are defined. The class of realizable polarization conversions of this type is set.
