Global technological development: comparative analysis of national economies

Современные тенденции мировой экономики обострили научно-технологическую конкуренцию, в то время как развитие мирового рынка инноваций определяет потенциальные возможности стран претендовать на передовые места в международном технологическом соперничестве. Статья содержит обзор подходов сравнительного исследования уровня технологического развития стран, определяющих основные тенденции, динамику мирового развития и уровень конкурентоспособности экономики. На основе данных анализа выявлены рейтинговые позиции, характеризующие уровень технологического развития ведущих стран мира. Предложена методика кластеризации для определения избранных параметров оценки уровня технологического развития ведущих стран мира. Исходя из степени схожести параметров оценки рейтинговых показателей использование функции «кластерного анализа» позволило сгруппировать страны мира в кластеры по уровню технологического развития. Выявлены тенденции дифференциации передовых стран мира и ключевые достижения азиатских стран в сфере технологического развития. Исследование продемонстрировало, что в современных условиях «глобальный сдвиг» в системе мирового разделения труда наблюдается в сторону азиатских стран, опирающихся на концепцию «Логистика 4.0». Достоверность теоретических выводов и практических рекомендаций опирается на использование методов библиометрического, статистического и сравнительного анализа, комплексного обобщения. Modern trends in the global economy have intensified scientific and technological competition, while the development of the global innovation market determines the potential of countries to claim leading positions in international technological rivalry. The article contains an overview of the approaches of comparative research of the level of technological development of countries that determine the main trends, dynamics of world development and the level of competitiveness of the economy. Based on the analysis data, the rating positions characterizing the level of technological development of the leading countries of the world are revealed. A clustering technique is proposed to determine the selected parameters for assessing the level of technological development of the leading countries of the world. Based on the degree of similarity of the evaluation parameters of the rating indicators, the use of the "cluster analysis" function made it possible to group the countries of the world into clusters according to the level of technological development. The trends of differentiation of the advanced countries of the world and the key achievements of Asian countries in the field of technological development are revealed. The study demonstrated that in modern conditions, a "global shift" in the system of the world division of labor is observed towards Asian countries based on the concept of "Logistics 4.0". The reliability of theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations is based on the use of methods of bibliometric, statistical and comparative analysis, complex generalization.
