摘要

随着船舶智能化水平的不断提高,船舶各系统之间的信息传输量非常大。在信息传输过程中,发生或将要发生故障的概率上升。因此,信息系统对故障诊断和故障预测的需求必然会逐渐增长。本文针对上述需求,开发了一种基于多种接口的数据采集设备。该装置可以从船舶信息系统中采集数据,为数据处理和数据分析提供了一个良好的平台。结合故障特征库,利用大数据挖掘和机器学习技术,实现故障的自动预测和诊断。为系统提供日常可靠的保护。
