On this basis, considering the new energy consumption and related costs of various factors involved in grid power regulation unit control, the grid peak regulation unit control method and model are established and a multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted. 摘要

在中国新能源保持快速发展势头的同时,电网消纳能力面临巨大挑战。电网调峰单元深度调峰是提高新能源消费水平的有力措施。本文提出了一种电网调峰机组自动控制方法,以提高新能源发电的用电水平。该方法构建了新能源消耗与电网电力调节单元之间的关系。在此基础上,考虑电网调峰单元控制所涉及的各种因素的新能源消耗和相关成本,建立电网调峰单元控制方法和模型,采用多目标粒子群优化算法。仿真结果表明,该方法可以细化对电网调峰机组输出的控制,有效增加新增能耗,促使电网向高安全裕度方向发展。
