The plasma density was varied between 1 × 10<sup>19</sup> m<sup>−3</sup> and 3 × 10<sup>20</sup> m<sup>−3</sup>. We observed maximum heating at n<inf>e</inf> =8 × 10<sup>19</sup> m<sup>−3</sup>.
