Does Role Clarity moderate between Project stakeholders and success? Exploring the relationship between Project stakeholders and success in Punjab Pakistan.
A predominantly quantitative research strategy from 187 respondents who working in construction firms in Lahore (Pakistan). A questionnaire survey was conducted with project managers from construction companies in Lahore, Pakistan. Measurement and structural models were developed for stakeholder management and project success measures by using Process Macro. The results show a positive and significant direct relationship between Internal & External stakeholders over project success. The finding of this research shows that Resident Engineer, Role of Clarity, and Supplier/Vendor have a positive significant relationship with project success, while Subcontractor has an insignificant relationship with project success. Findings of this research also show that Role of Clarity moderates significantly between Resident Engineer and Project success and between Supplier/Vendor and project success. Findings of this research also show that the Role of Clarity moderates in-significantly between Subcontractors and project success. Study findings are very useful for construction projects strategy makers, internal and external stakeholders, and for policymakers.
