From the other hand considering high maintenance as well as development costs as oppose to little income results in passenger section be in red economical condition all over the world, hence plenty of attention is paid to finding new ways of increasing revenue in non-passenger sections. One of the main ways to reach this goal is development of communication infrastructure and related services. Considering vast geography as well as high level of technology in Iran railway communication network, in addition to providing services for the railway, has potentials to enter national communication market as well, hence be able to upgrade its equipment and services and also create even more revenue and well as new work opportunities. In this article, we will examine ways to develop railway communication infrastructure as well as increasing in revenue via privatization, investigating the same process in developed countries and also by providing questionaries' and field study.
