Inside this application, it can be used in different modalities, such as on-board chargers, off-board wallbox chargers or wireless chargers. The main function of the circuit is to filter the power ripple at twice the grid frequency by means of a decoupling circuit connected in series with a resonant modified dual active bridge converter. However, it can also perform other functions such as peak shaving or low-voltage battery charging.
