The optimized design scheme of feed system is determined in view of the particular structure of the plastic part. Then the simulation flow analysis of injection molding is carried into execution. 摘要

传统的模具设计和制造工艺存在很多局限性。随着科学技术特别是计算机领域的发展,CAE技术开始在现代模具设计和制造过程中得到广泛应用。注塑成型CAE仿真分析结果可为模具设计和制造提供可靠的优化参考数据。应用注射成型CAE仿真分析技术,不仅可以提高模具试验成功的概率,而且可以大大提高模具设计和制造的质量。本文对手机前壳的注射成型工艺进行了分析。利用Moldflow软件对浇口的最佳位置进行了讨论。针对塑件的特殊结构,确定了进给系统的优化设计方案。然后进行了注射成型过程的仿真流动分析。在对注射成型CAE分析的基础上,设计了整个注射模具结构,阐述了注射模具的工作流程。
