The line RMS current and the torque ripple depend upon the harmonic distortion of the inverter output line voltage. In SVPWM the quality of the inverter output waveform mainly depends upon the applied switching sequence. By applying combinations of different switching sequence in SVPWM the line RMS current ripple and torque ripple is greatly reduced.
