摘要

本文考察了互联网技术的发展与自由民主制度中的危机现象之间的因果关系。按照比较分析的原则,笔者比较了全面数字化前后民主体制和机制的状况。分析了社会网络自由化效应的刻板印象,确认了社会网络意识形态中立性的结论。该研究发现,互联网和社交网络对自由民主的破坏作用主要有两种形式。

The Impact of the Internet and Social Networks on Sustainability of Liberal Democracies
