This paper analyzed the dynamic voltage characteristics of the ports under two typical large disturbance faults, based on the typical three-stage topology of PET and its control strategies. The results show that the state of 1900V voltage of the rectification stage output could be the key index of stability state of the AC/DC hybrid system based on PET. Finally, the Prony method is used to quantitatively evaluate the severity of the fault in the AC/DC hybrid system based on PET. 摘要

由于电力电子变压器(PET)可以有效地控制系统的电能质量,同时使交直流设备灵活接入电网,因此,研究大扰动下PET系统的动态电压特性,对于提高系统运行的稳定性和设计保护装置具有重要意义。基于PET的典型三级拓扑结构及其控制策略,分析了两种典型大扰动故障下的端口动态电压特性。结果表明,整流级输出1900V电压状态可以作为反映基于PET的交直流混合系统稳定状态的关键指标。最后,利用Prony方法对基于PET的交直流混合系统的故障严重程度进行了定量评价。研究结果可为PET保护装置的设计和PET体系稳定性的研究提供参考。
