摘要

为了探索大型电厂燃煤锅炉重要辅机的运行维护特点,建立了辅机运行状态评估模型。本文考虑到火电设备运行工况的复杂可变性,提出了结合模糊综合的自动编码器模型。基于模型结果的残差和电厂实际运行数据,结合模糊评价模型建立状态评估模型,并对电厂引风机的实际情况进行分析,对运行状态进行实时评估。评价结果显示了本文提出的状态评估策略的优势,能够及时反映引风机状态的恶化情况,为设备的运行和维护提供指导。
