In children with MSK complaints, detailed anamnesis, appropriate physical examination and joint examination, and the use of correct laboratory tests will be helpful for accurate diagnosis. This review aimed to summarize key points that might suggest rheumatologic diseases to physicians dealing with musculoskeletal (MSK) complaints.
