The proposed antenna of overall dimensions 14x14x1.5 mm3 is simulated on the low-cost substrate, FR-4. The impedance bandwidth of the structure, where S11 less than -10 dB, is from 2.83 GHz to 12.22 GHz (124.81%). This antenna finds use in the 3.5,5.5 GHz (WiMAX bands), 5.2,5.8 GHz (WLAN bands), 4-8 GHz (C Band), 8-12 GHz (X Band) and other wireless communication applications.
