Thus it is significance to propose a correct and efficient simulation method for generating phase noise. In this paper, an effective and practical simulation method is put forward to generate the phase noise of oscillators built on the work and insight of predecessors. This novel method is described in detail and focuses on the generation processes of phase noise. In the novel method, FIR shaping filters are used to generate power-law noise components which are further processed to obtain the phase noise data consistent with specified noise coefficients in time domain, and the method is also validated in the frequency domain. 摘要

在各种电子系统或设备中,相位噪声作为一种存在并严重影响其性能的重要指标,具有重要的研究价值。因此,提出一种正确有效的相位噪声产生仿真方法具有重要意义。本文在前人工作和见解的基础上,提出了一种有效而实用的振荡器相位噪声仿真方法。详细介绍了这种新方法,重点讨论了相位噪声的产生过程。该方法利用FIR整形滤波器产生幂律噪声分量,对幂律噪声分量进行进一步处理,在时域得到与指定噪声系数一致的相位噪声数据,并在频域进行了验证。总之,本文为研究频率源的短期频率稳定性提供了理论依据和实现方法。
