This study was qualitative study. This study was done in Rutosoro kindergarten. The study design was educational ethnography. The subjects of this study were the headmaster, teachers and students of Rutosoro kindergarten. The methods of data collection in this study were interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis in this study using the analysis of interactive model developed by Miles and Huberman namely data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. The result of study shows that 1) the planning of learning is made in the form of syllabus, the semester planning, weekly activities planning, daily activities planning. In making the learning planning the kindergarten teachers need to consider the level of children development, the children development aspects, the children’s needs, the children’s interest, and the children’s characteristics, 2) the implementation of learning in Rutosoro kindergarten begins with the welcoming of the children by the teachers, introduction (moving together, praying, presenting, questioning on themes and subthemes), core activities, eating and resting, closing. 摘要

本研究旨在描述Rutosoro幼儿园幼儿教育的学习管理,即1)学习计划,2)学习实施,3)学习评估。本研究为定性研究。这项研究是在Rutosoro幼儿园进行的。研究设计为教育人种学。本研究以幼儿园校长、教师及学生为研究对象。本研究资料收集方法为访谈法、观察法和文献法。本研究的数据分析采用Miles和Huberman开发的交互模型分析,即数据收集、数据还原、数据显示和结论。研究结果表明:1)学习计划以教学大纲、学期计划、周活动计划、日活动计划的形式进行。幼儿园教师在制定学习计划时,需要考虑幼儿发展水平、幼儿发展方面、幼儿的需要、幼儿的兴趣、幼儿的特点。2)幼儿学习在Rutosoro幼儿园的实施从教师欢迎幼儿、介绍(一起活动、祈祷、呈现、主题和副主题提问)、核心活动、吃饭休息、收工开始。采用适合主题的学习方法,以边玩边学的原则实施学习。3)从孩子上学到放学,每次都通过作业、对话、观察、表现、工作、作品集等方式进行学习评估。
