摘要

采用问卷调查法,对上海某民办高校166名中等职业教育与本科高等教育衔接的学前教育专业学生的职业认同进行调查,探讨职业认同的影响因素。结果表明,专业认同主要受年级、自主选择、入学前对专业的了解程度、学校学习条件和学业成绩的影响。教育建议包括将职业认同教育纳入职业规划课程,实行双导师制,完善中等职业学校和本科人才培养体系,优化学校学习条件,提高社会对学前教育的认可度。
