There has been a growing demand for ease of access to health-care, and this necessitates the development of health-care technology with Human Computer Interaction(HCI) design in mind. HCI usage can help both patients and healthcare providers as well [3]. With a wealth of information available to patients and providers, it can be difficult to find relevant information in a timely manner, especially for providers with busy schedules and patients with limited health literacy. We propose a Human Computer Interaction system that can answer patientś question and help improve the quality of health-care services provided to an individual.
