Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bandung. Th e research method uses are descriptive and verification methods. D ata obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 75 respondents, who are the employees at the company , using random sampling techniques. Data analysis was performed with the SPSS v.23 for windows program. The results of the analysis are used to test the validity, reliability, determination, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the f test and t test. The results of data analysis from this study indicate that simultaneously, talent management and teamwork have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bandung. Partial talent management and teamwork also significantly influence the performance of employees at PT. 摘要
笔者进行这项研究的目的是为了了解人才管理和团队合作的分析是如何影响PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII万隆的员工绩效的。研究方法采用描述法和验证法。采用随机抽样的方法,对75名公司员工进行问卷调查,获得数据。数据分析采用SPSS v.23 for windows程序。分析结果采用f检验和t检验进行效度检验、信度检验、确定度检验、多元回归分析和假设检验。本研究的数据分析结果表明,人才管理和团队合作同时对万隆百富集团的员工绩效有显著影响。部分人才管理和团队合作也显著影响PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII万隆员工的绩效。
