摘要

本研究的核心焦点将讨论教师在道德-精神层面的领导特质感知。本研究以三所具有教师道德-精神领导特质的小学为研究对象。本研究的结论是:(1)教师对教师道德-精神领导的认知是每位教师必须具备的;(2)校长对教师道德-精神领导的认知是所有教师所期望的,因为它会影响学习者的性格形成,具有虔诚、诚实、守信、真诚、守纪律的领导特征,四位教师具有SQ和EQ的智能领导特征;从而能够很好地管理学习者的性格形成。
