On the basis of the analysis of DCS configuration file, the configuration model and the initialization conditions of some power unit were established. The intelligent front-end could communicate with the supervisory computer by the communication module by which the supervisory computer ensured the maneuverability and control of the intelligent front-end. 摘要

本文介绍了一种基于DCS组态软件的实现方法。在分析DCS组态文件的基础上,建立了某动力机组的组态模型和初始化条件。智能前端结合嵌入式ARM技术,通过Linux系统中的运行调度模块实现DCS控制功能。智能前端通过通信模块与上位机通信,上位机通过通信模块保证了智能前端的可操作性和可控制性。最后提出了智能前端在执行器、智能仪表、传感器等智能设备领域的应用,实现了DCS控制功能的多样化。
