The reliability of the questionnaire determined using Cronbach’s alpha and intra class correlation coefficient (ICC). The construct validity of the questionnaire evaluated by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Data were analyzed by SPSS version 19 and Lisrel 8.8.\n\nResults:\nInternal consistency of HLPCQ was 0.78 using Cronbach’s alpha and 0.80 by ICC. 摘要

背景:生活方式的改变被认为是预防和治疗慢性疾病的基石。要促进个人的生活方式，第一步是用一个有效可靠的工具来衡量他们的生活方式。本研究的目的是评估波斯语版健康生活方式与个人控制问卷(HLPCQ)的心理测量特性。方法:对伊朗克尔曼医科大学300名医学生进行横断面研究。使用问卷收集的数据包含人口统计数据和波斯语版本的HLPCQ。问卷的信度采用Cronbach’s alpha和类内相关系数(intraca class correlation coefficient, ICC)来确定。采用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析对问卷的结构效度进行评价。数据采用SPSS version 19和Lisrel 8.8进行分析。结果:采用Cronbach’s alpha法测定HLPCQ的内部一致性为0.78，采用ICC法测定一致性为0.80。在验证性因子分析中，量表具有可接受的拟合优度指标。结论:波斯语版HLPCQ具有良好的心理测量性能，可用于初级卫生保健机构。
