However, there are not many studies on active compounds from this plant. This study aimed to optimize extraction conditions for total phenolic content (TPC) from S. ovalifolia root using microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) and to determine the phytochemical compositions and antioxidant activity of the extract. The result showed that the optimal conditions of phenolic compounds extraction include ethanol concentration of 85% v/v, a solid-to-solvent ratio of 1:30 (g/mL), microwave power of 450 W, and extraction time of 150 s. The phenolic-rich extract exhibited strong antioxidant activity with IC50 of 6.31 ± 0.05 mg/mL. LC-MS was used to fingerprint analysis of the extract. The result revealed the presence of 18 bioactive compounds. 摘要

鹅蛋形菝葜是泰国南部的一种草药。然而,目前对其活性成分的研究并不多。本研究旨在优化微波辅助萃取法提取卵黄根总酚含量(TPC)的工艺条件,并测定其化学成分和抗氧化活性。结果表明:乙醇浓度为85% v/v,料液比为1:30 (g/mL),微波功率为450 W,提取时间为150 s。富酚提取物具有较强的抗氧化活性,IC50为6.31±0.05 mg/mL。采用LC-MS对提取液进行指纹图谱分析。结果显示存在18种生物活性化合物。卵黄根提取物主要成分为儿茶素、表儿茶素、原花青素B2、槲皮素等黄酮类化合物。
