This paper presents a promising simulation approach for evaluating the performance of arbitrarily deformed flexible electronic components. Arbitrary deformations of electronic components are designed using a computer graphic method for three-dimensional object manipulation. The electromagnetic simulations of these objects are primarily enabled by bespoke tetrahedral discretization that allows for smooth boundaries and thus eliminates discretization noise. The method is used to evaluate the impact of twisting and crumpling on the performance of flexible RF antennas.
