摘要

每个国家的主要医疗保健提供者都是医院,医院是对人力资源能力依赖程度很高的组织,因此组织需要对医务人员的隐性和显性知识进行管理。本研究解释了知识管理模式的重点在于如何管理印尼医院医务人员的隐性和显性知识,因为主要问题是高级医务人员如何将知识转化为显性形式,反之亦然。研究采用描述性统计方法对33家医院的知识模式进行了分析,分析了从隐性-显性或显性-隐性的知识模式转换。结果表明,医院仍需增加医院医务人员的显性知识,以增加初级医务人员的学习过程。
