A novel aspect of this model is the consideration of risk equity using the standard deviation, an established computation to assess equity. To solve the model, a two-phase method is developed, in which the multi-objective shortest path algorithm is used to obtain the Pareto-optimal paths set, and get the routes using estimation of distribution algorithm after paths choice.
