The data sources of this research were the principal, teachers and students of SD Negeri 01 Pulau Rimau. The method used qualitative and applied interviews, documentation and observation as instruments. 摘要
本研究的目的是确定规划和问责制,以及SD Negeri 01 Pulau Rimau, Banyuasin的BOS资助计划的效益和影响。本研究的资料来源为丽茂岛第一小学的校长、教师及学生。该方法采用定性和应用访谈、文献和观察作为工具。结果表明:1)在RAPBS中实现了BOS方案规划;2) BOS资金的使用已按照学校使用的2015年国家技术指南进行;3) BOS资金以设备购买和维修备忘录的形式,以及学校教师酬金支付的责任;4) BOS计划对学校的好处和影响是,通过不断提高设施质量,学习过程有效地进行。
