On the characteristics of the flow significantly affects the behavior of drivers. Dangerous behavior while driving is a complicated psychological phenomenon from the point of identification and requires the development of a mechanism of its detection, as it was limited by Russian law in 2016. Modern information and communication technologies allow us to collect data of a vehicle motion in traffic based on a client-server system of GPS tracks. A method of processing of the GPS track is presented to separate it into sections with uniform traffic conditions.
