This study used an experimental method with agility test instruments. The sample in this study was the participants of the UKM Bola voli Unisma Bekasi, amounting to 20 people with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. 摘要
摘要本研究旨在确定阶梯训练对排球Unisma Bekasi学生活动单元(UKM)参与者敏捷性的影响。本研究采用敏捷性测试仪器的实验方法。本研究的样本是UKM Bola voli Unisma Bekasi的参与者,共20人,采用有目的抽样的抽样技术。本研究结果表明梯次训练对敏捷性有影响,这一结果通过t检验的结果得到了证明,发现t-count的结果大于t表(6214 > 1729),说明梯次训练对敏捷性的提高有显著的作用。关键词:天梯演练;敏捷性
