摘要

为了对能源与经济发展之间的相互关系较为复杂的产能省进行碳排放评价,采用TOPSIS和熵权混合法对3个主要子系统进行了指标构建,并对选定的8个产能省进行了比较和对比。不仅对社会经济、能源生产和环境各子系统的结果进行了排序和讨论,而且对碳排放的发展模式这一整体系统进行了分析。提出了产业和能源结构优化的建议,通过更新和应用优势设备和技术来降低碳排放。
