The social energy of creativeculture has the potential to become a social resilience scheme in realizing welfare based oncommon interests. This qualitative study was conducted in Buru Island, Maluku Islands and aims toexplain the potential of socio-cultural energy as a scheme of community social resilience in survivalon the coast of Buru Island, Maluku Islands. The results of this study show that there is a potentialfor energy creative social culture that serves as a community social resilience scheme, wherethrough this potential although in limited circumstances and conditions, the community seems to beable to find a way out of a variety of problems, including the poverty problems they faced to stayalive.
