The obtained simulation results made it possible to establish the influence of the magnetic lens current on the focal diameter of a hollow conical electron beam and on its focal ring thickness. 摘要

研究了高压辉光放电电子枪产生的空心锥形电子束在漂移区磁聚焦的焦距计算算法,以及该电子束的焦环直径和焦环厚度的计算方法。该算法基于电子在聚焦磁透镜场中的漂移理论,采用离散数学和极大极小分析方法进行设计。仿真结果表明,磁透镜电流对空心锥形电子束的焦直径和焦环厚度的影响是可能的。结果表明,通过调节磁透镜电流可以有效地提供空心锥形电子束的焦参量变化。
