摘要

大学阶段是大学生提高身体素质的重要时期。课外体育锻炼是大学生提高身体素质的主要途径。要提高大学生的身体素质,必须从实际出发,重视对大学生课外体育锻炼的管理。本研究以重庆理工大学为例,研究利用基于GPS和传感器技术的体育app促进大学生课外锻炼的效果。研究结果表明,重庆理工大学利用“越野跑”APP推广大学生课外锻炼,增加了大学生课外锻炼的次数,活跃了校园体育氛围,提高了大学生的身体素质,尤其是心肺功能和耐力素质。然而,在申请过程中遇到了一些问题。为了更好地利用信息技术促进大学生的课外锻炼,需要不断完善课外体育管理规则,不断提高信息技术水平,更好地提高大学生的身体素质。
