摘要

该研究是在2016-2018年期间在印度尼西亚证券交易所上市的食品和饮料公司进行的,目的是了解影响资本结构的因素。本研究的样本采用基于标准的目的抽样方法确定。数据分析方法以多元线性回归分析的形式进行。结果表明,同时可以看出变量的业务风险,资产结构,同时和公司大小有显著影响资本结构的值就是明证Fcount > Ftable显著水平α= 0.05,部分业务风险变量对资本结构没有显著影响,而资产结构和公司规模对资本结构变量有显著积极影响t数> t表就证明了这一点。
