摘要

为了描述完整的零件信息,促进CAD/CAM技术的发展,在分析零件静态特征结构的基础上,定义了PAD、SHAFT等6种特征算子算法;通过对特征之间动态语义关系的研究,得到了两种合理的约束特征“与约束特征”和“或约束特征”;将它们有机结合,实现静态特征之间的动态语义连接,建立基于特征的零件语义关系几何模型(PSRGM)。基于PSRGM的动态生成过程和特征编码结构,完成特征基因编码,实现部分特征序列的DNA编码。以曲柄为例,说明了该方法的应用。
