摘要

2014年关于村庄的第6号法与1999年关于根除腐败犯罪行为的第31号法之间存在不同步,该法律涉及村法第30条与《根除腐败犯罪法》第2条和第3条中规定的村长对腐败行为的制裁规定,导致执法实施不确定性。本研究采用规范的法律研究方法,运用成文法研究方法、概念研究方法和案例研究方法。本研究旨在解释第三十条的规定的法律解释是在dis-synchronization第二条和第三条的规定根除腐败行为和找到一个法律解决方案两个法规有关制裁的dis-synchronization村官腐败谁提交. .结果表明,关于腐败案件的处理在村庄基金由村长应使用解决《铲除腐败法》虽然根据《村法》规定了对村长的两项制裁规定不同步的行政处罚和法律解决办法,但腐败行为是由其授权的机构/机关对相关法律法规中部分或全部不同步的条款进行修改。
