摘要

本研究的目的是确定商品质量和服务质量同时或部分地对Ano Abadi Meubel Cikatomas消费者满意度的影响。齐科马斯市诺阿巴迪牛奶消费者调查。研究方法采用描述法和验证法。本研究的样本为100人。数据收集采用问卷调查方式进行。使用的数据分析是多元回归分析。本研究结果显示,商品品质与服务品质同时对消费者满意度有显著影响。部分,商品质量对消费者满意度没有显著影响。部分地,服务质量对消费者满意度有显著影响。
