Significant increase was found in mean post-test knowledge score (24.09±2.04,t119=67.7 at p<0.001)and post-test practice score(24.4±1.91, t119=77.0 at p<0.001) after teaching through lecturing and demonstration. 摘要

目的:本研究旨在评估青少年轻伤急救知识与实践的结构化教学方案的有效性。材料与方法:采用准实验的定量评价方法,一组前测后测设计结果:近一半的样本41.66%属于8级和9级,39.16%的母亲没有工作,49.16%的父亲受过小学教育,40.83%的青少年月收入≤2300Rs。通过讲授与示范教学,学生的后测知识平均分(24.09±2.04,t119=67.7, p<0.001)和后测实践平均分(24.4±1.91,t119=77.0, p<0.001)显著提高。结论:有组织的小伤急救措施教学方案能有效提高青少年的急救知识和实践水平。
