This is a very focused study looking for specific information relevant to the study topic.  The paper relied on both qualitative and quantitative methods through collecting the data relevant  to the paper topic using the survey approach with employees in the warehouse and the semi-structured interview with the Human Resource Department (HRD) in three organizations.
