The formula of conductive rubber was optimized by orthogonal test. Simultaneously, the formula of primer and the spraying process were improved. The result showed that the adhesion between the conductive rubber and cover was improved significantly by adopting the above technology. After the push-pull test, there was no peeling phenomenon within 2 minutes when the thrust was 5N.
