This paper proposes a real-time vehicle scheduling strategy for container terminals. Firstly, a buffer vehicle pool is designed to balance the efficiency of each quay crane (QC). Secondly, the wider neighborhood simulated annealing algorithm (WNSA) is presented to find the optimal matching result of each round of calculation. 摘要

随着全球集装箱业务的快速发展,对集装箱码头的运营效率提出了更高的要求。车辆调度系统是集装箱码头运行的重要环节。集装箱码头堆场环境非常复杂,传统的基于时间估计的全局优化模型已经不适合处理码头场景下的车辆调度问题。提出了一种集装箱码头车辆实时调度策略。首先,设计缓冲车辆池,平衡各岸吊的效率;其次,提出了宽邻域模拟退火算法(WNSA)来寻找每轮计算的最优匹配结果。实验结果表明,本文提出的策略能够提高集装箱码头qc的运行效率,降低车辆成本。
