The radiation body of the antenna is formed by four sequentially rotating arranged mono-pole antenna elements with meander arms. Adopting this element structure can effectively reduce the size of the antenna. To feed the Circularly-polarized array antenna, a compact feeding network based on Wilkinson power divider is also proposed, achieving four-way power splitting and 90° phase shifting.
